Artist's Comments

I wanted to take a break from all the portraits that I've been doing lately. . .this is the result. Although it looks rather simplistic (which was kind of the point), the body position was really difficult for me to get correct - I had to redraw it 4 times. Ink (color pencils for the skin/BG).

Verry niiiiiiice. Must fave it :) I love the colors, they are so shiny :)
:iconplynn:
wow, you did fave it - thanks  No, seriously. . . most of the people I know who see the things that I do in ink, are like 'it's cool, but I like your pencil work better' or something to that affect. Yep, got to have a little color every now and then. :)

i like your color works more ;) Hey can you give me your email adress? I am working on that homework, and could need an opinion, maybe you can give me some advice what to change about it? Just email me something at rockst3ady@hotmail.com, so I have your adress, thanks :)

I don't know if I 'like" my colored work more - but they tend to be more creative than my b&w pencil work.

oh yes, and I just e-mailed you too.
:iconrockst3ady:
Yeah, I'll send you the painting now :p

And yeah that's what i like about the colors ones more. Also I am a strong color addict :p Guess you can see that in my gallery :D

I thought it would be George Harrison :D This is cool! Great job on the perspective! I love the rose on the guitar

Thanks Heather - this is what happens when I get color happy (I either start drawing tattoos or flowers, or both!). And being ever-so-creative I just name the picute after a song; although I kind of had the song in mind during the drawing process, once I put in the dropping petals.
